Have excellent Time/Human Resource Management, Project Management, Written/Analytical/Problem Solving Skills & Abilities which allow the ECS to meet their roles and responsibilities. This also pertains to the negotiating, developing, implementing, reviewing and modifying various documents to ensure the Organisation operates in accordance with Best Business Practice and within Legal Frameworks. The ECS must always demonstrate high levels of professionalism and integrity, be an innovative thinker and apply high moral and ethical standards and ensure confidentiality is maintained. Responsible for meeting KPIs in the following Pillars of Governance; Corporate Governance & Finance Governance; Pillars of Governance Responsible for day-to-day management and supervision of Corporate Services and relevant Staff and undertake annual appraisals and other formal staff management responsibilities as required Assist with the Negotiating, Development, Implementation, Reviewing, and amending of the Organisation Legal Documents such as but not limited to; Service Level Agreements, MoUs, Funding Agreements, Employment Contracts, General Contracts and Agreements etc. Assist/support the responsible officer with the development and review of new and current Organisational documents such as but not limited to - policies and procedures, templates, general service documents. Assist with funding opportunities on behalf of the Organisation that align to the Strategic Directions of the Organisation. Contribute to the Executive Team report in accordance with your areas of responsibility. Responsible for completing all Financial and Corporate Compliance Reports within the set milestone dates to/and set by all Relevant Reporting Stakeholders. To be eligible you must: Demonstrate a high level of Financial and Corporate Management Nous. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office. Have a high level data analytical and interpretation skills with professional graphical presentation. Effective communication skills, particularly in negotiating and leading teams to set and achieve KPIs. A grounded understanding of Cultural Awareness/Safety/Practice & an understanding of the Organisations Mission, Vision, Values and Objectives. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Corporate Services. Ability to undertake training/ professional development to maintain professional knowledge and skills, as detailed in the Training and Professional Development Plan and as otherwise identified. Ability to participate in Organisational in-service sessions or external professional development or workshops. Strong community engagement skills and the ability to work collaboratively with Elders and community leaders. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Deep understanding of Indigenous and multicultural perspectives, protocols and practices. Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the evolving needs of the organisation and the communities we serve Qualifications Relevant Tertiary Education e.g. Business or Law Degree CPR Certification Current Queensland C class open drivers’ licence Be in possession of or eligible to obtain a Blue Card.
